Perwakilan Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) Provinsi Sumatera Utara (Sumut) mengatakan realisasi Belanja Negara di wilayah ini mencapai Rp44,16 triliun pada Januari-Agustus 2024.
“Belanja Negara dari dua sisi, yaitu belanja pemerintah pusat (BPP) dan transfer ke daerah (TKD),” ujar Kepala Perwakilan Kemenkeu Sumut Arridel Mindra, di Medan, Rabu.
Arridel mengatakan untuk BPP yang dibelanjakan oleh instansi pemerintah pusat yang ada di Sumut sudah membelanjakan Rp14,81 triliun yakni 44,58 persen dari pagu.
Lebih lanjut, Arridel mengatakan, belanja itu dipengaruhi dukungan pelaksanaan pemilihan umum (pemilu), penyaluran program bantuan sosial, sarana prasarana pertahanan keamanan dan pembangunan infrastruktur.
Sebagai perbandingan dari tahun ke tahun terus meningkat. Untuk BPP dari Rp12,61 triliun pada 2023 meningkat 14,81 triliun pada 2024, begitu juga TKD 27,02 triliun meningkat 29,35 triliun.
Kemudian, pada BPP sebesar Rp14,81 triliun, di antaranya belanja modal Rp2,006 triliun dengan pagu 5,104 triliun, sedangkan 2023 mencapai 1,825 triliun dengan pagu 5,960 triliun year on year (yoy).
Belanja barang sebesar 5,960 triliun dengan pagu 11,791 triliun dibandingkan pada 2023 sebesar 4,801 triliun dengan pagu 10,177 triliun (yoy).
Untuk belanja pegawai sebesar 6,809 triliun dengan pagu 9,683 triliun, dibandingkan pada 2023 5,923 triliun dengan pagu 9,094 triliun.
Sedangkan untuk TKD, Arridel mengatakan merupakan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara (APBN) yang disampaikan ke kabupaten dan kota ke satu provinsi dengan total Rp29,35 atau 66,17 persen dari pagu.
Sebagai rincian, dana bagi hasil sudah mengeksekusi Rp670,70 miliar dana periode yang sama Rp495,79 miliar, dana alokasi umum Rp18,374 miliar dengan periode yang sama Rp16,474 miliar, dana desa Rp3,405 miliar dibandingkan periode yang sama Rp3,192 miliar
